Each new day, a list of tasks awaits us. Some of them has priority over the others.Normally what happens is that we are either able to complete a preset number of tasks on time or we fail. Although the success rate depends on many factors, there is one common thing that is mostly seen in several use cases. That would be the use of to-do list Excel template.

To-do lists don’t need to be complicated. Why? Because keeping track of your tasks is an intensely personal thing, and people will reject anything that doesn’t feel right pretty much instantly.

 

 

How to use our to-do list Excel template?

This template allows you to manage up to 8 projects. Each project has its own board where you can manage tasks.

The project boards have (5) separate columns for tasks statuses: Backlog, To Do, Doing, Verify, and Done. Here you can add tasks, move them to different columns, or delete them.

For any task, you can fill in the Task Name, the deadline, the person responsible, and a short description. You can even assign a priority to each task using the color-coded drop-down here.

To add, remove, or modify people on your team, click the People icon at the top. Here you can fill in information for each person such as: Name, Email, Extension, Department, and any additional Notes

To see a more visual summary of any given project, click on the Insight icon at the top. Here you will see a graphical distribution of tasks in each stage (or column), how many tasks are delayed in each category, and task number and completion status for any selected teammate.
